Test Smart - Las Vegas SAT Prep Courses

	Elizabeth Catena, Arbor View '08 When my mom told me I was going to SAT school, I wasn't too excited about it at first, but once I started going I realized just how much I didn't know. After applying myself in the class and learning about essay writing, I was able to score a 2100! This allowed me to apply for the honors scholarships at my future university. TestSmart helped me so much and I'm very grateful that I took this course. Thank you TestSmart!
	Samantha Haikal, Green Valley High School '08 I would definitely be lying if I said that I wasn't indebted to Roy Lee and the TestSmart program! TestSmart helped me immensely, and in more than just one way. I had tried multiple SAT prep courses before, but I really never felt prepared after any of them. This was definitely NOT the same with TestSmart! The breakdown of each particular section of the SAT in lectures alongside the repetition in homework truly were what helped raise my score an almost 200 points within the course of a few months. Writing has always been one of my strongest points, and with Roy Lee and TestSmart's help, I was able to write an essay that I believe guided my acceptance into my first choice school, Northwestern. My only regret is that I did not find this program sooner!!!

	Cho Yim (UCLA), Clark High School '06 My experience at TestSmart was amazing. I went to several SAT prep classes during my high school years and none prepared me better for the SATs than TestSmart did. The classes were great and encouraged me in every way. Our teacher, Roy Lee, was an awesome guy who I became friends with during my time at TestSmart. He gave up much of his personal time to meet with me and work on my individual weaknesses. Plus, he employed a gigantic pile of packets and practice sheets that no doubt enhanced the newly learned strategies I learned to master the SATs. The weekly practice SAT tests put me in the simulation of an actual test day; therefore, by the time I was taking the real test, I felt completely comfortable as if I had done it a million times. Roy also let me know that even though I was taking the class, my progress was predicated on my effort in practicing the strategies. He would constantly talk to me about studying harder and setting my priorities straight. What actually surprised me about Roy was that unlike the other SAT Prep instructors I went to, Roy cared about my success. After gaining acceptance into many top universities, I realize that I could not have gotten this far without TestSmart.

	Kengo Shizuma (Duke University), Clark High School '06 TestSmart has an amazing program taught by Roy Lee. Not only did he provide excellent strategies to use on the SATs, but he also provided multiple practice tests, which were in a real testing atmosphere so that we could find the strategy that would work best for ourselves. This created a more efficient method of test-taking, and increased my scores significantly. He has also been invaluable in helping me with my college applications. With his help I was accepted into many colleges, including my first choice, Duke.

	Paulina Yeh (Brown University), Valley High School '07 Testsmart got me into college - there's no doubt about that. I've moved to the U.S. only 6 years ago, so one can imagine how bad I scored on the English sections of the horrific SATs. I have learned strategies that will help me in all future tests and assignments. It is all about commitment and dedication and Mr. Lee knows how to instill that in his students! His humor keeps our eyes and ears open. As enjoyable as the classes are, Mr. Roy also knows when to be serious. 	Hans Chui, Valley High School'08 After attending TestSmart, my understanding of the SAT greatly increased. It is in part due to the effective testing strategies taught by Mr. Roy Lee and several instructors, in addition to the numerous practice packets handed out to reinforce such techniques. Also, the weekly simulation tests acted as an accurate indicator of my improvement and helped prepare me for the actual test. But more importantly, my experience here was very personal. The instructors' commitment to each individual student’s performance was unparalleled.
